12 (16 in month 1 as a founding client) scripted short videos a month, built around winning more listing appointments and buyer conversations in Austin. Each video ends with one clear call to book or enquire.
A posting plan and captions. You approve every script before production.
Founding client extras (first 3 clients only): 4 bonus videos in month 1 and your first batch within 5 business days of your avatar being ready, in exchange for a testimonial and case study that mention these extras.

$3,000 USD (Setup + Month 1). Payment: USDT, $3,000+ equivalent; wallet address and network are given on the invoice.

$1,000 USD to start, after you accept; the remaining $2,000 USD once your first 3 videos are delivered and you've approved them. The total price doesn't change.
If we don't deliver your first 3 videos within 5 business days of your avatar being ready, you can cancel and get the start payment back in full, in USDT, to a wallet you name, minus network fees.
The invoice names the network (Ethereum ERC-20, Polygon or Arbitrum; never Tron TRC-20). You can send a $10 USDT test transfer first, and we'll credit it to the invoice. The on-chain transaction is your receipt.

We can't guarantee views, followers or sales. We can guarantee the videos get made, on schedule, to scripts you've approved.

We send the start invoice ($1,000 USD in USDT). Optional: a $10 USDT test transfer first.

Once your first 3 videos are delivered and you've approved them, we send the balance invoice ($2,000 USD).
